Rachel is the owner of Libelle Beech Salon, as well as a stylist! Rachel is proud to lead a team-based salon where she has created an amazing environment for stylists to not only grow, but truly thrive. Her passion for the beauty industry runs deep through continuing education, mentorship, and helping fellow stylists build confidence and success behind the chair.
Rachel loves creating a relaxing, inviting, and welcoming experience where guests can enjoy high-quality, professional hair and skincare services from the entire Libelle Beech team. She specializes in signature, natural-looking hair color and styles, with blonding being her absolute favorite! Known as the “Blonding Queen,” Rachel brings over 18 years of experience to every guest who sits in her chair. She also works closely with her team to ensure every visit is exceptional.
Education continues to be one of Rachel’s greatest passions. Rachel has been educating stylists for over 12 years and is heavily focused on in-salon education and training for her team at Libelle Beech Salon. She also teaches private classes for stylists across the U.S., sharing her knowledge to help fellow stylists sharpen their skills, grow professionally, and build confidence both inside and outside the salon. Nothing makes her happier than watching others succeed and thrive in the beauty industry.
Megan Williams
Lead Hair Artist, Blonde Specialist Co-Artist Trainer
Megan is a stylist here at Libelle Beech as well as our lead stylist. Megan has been with our company for over 9 years and is our Blonding Queen #2! Megan also specializes in all blonding services from highlights, platinums to balayage and foilyage as well as short haircuts such as pixies and stacked bobs. They are her favorite! Megan is also our lead salon floor stylist and helps our stylists on the team to sharpen their skills along side our owner, Rachel. Megan loves mentoring our team and helping them grow and sharpen their skill sets. You can find Megan laughing a having a blast with her team and clients throughout the salon or causing chaos with our Owner, Rachel.
When she is not behind the chair you can find her helping with Guest Services and or helping train or assist the team! Outside of the salon Megan loves taking long bike rides, traveling to new places with her boyfriend and if it's summer you can find her by the pool.

Gabby Allen
Hair Artist, Blonde Specialist & Director of Operations
Gabby is a stylists with us here at Libelle Beech Salon! You may know Gabby well as she started her career with us being our Guest Services Coordinator and quick found a passion for hair! Gabby loves to do men's cuts, highlights and all things blonde and taking care of our guests and making them feel relaxed! Gabby has mentored under our Owner and Co-Artist Educator, Rachel.
You can often find them playing with color or practicing a new technique on a mannequin head around the salon. Gabby loves knowing the "why" behind every product and tool she uses. You can also find Gabby helping our owner Rachel with admin and manager tasks as well as helping her teach private classes as Gabby is our Director of Operations.
Outside of the salon Gabby is a Mom to the cutest little boy. Her and her husband love living out in the country and hunting together!
Christina Morrison

Hair Artist & Brunette & Extension Specialist
Christina comes to us all the way from Chicago coming with in with 8+ years of experience. Growing up in salon in her whole life, it safe to safe she loves the beauty industry! Christina has mentored under many Hair Artists throughout her life growing up in the salon as well as under our owner and Co-Artist Educator, Rachel, throughout her time here in TN with us!
You can find Christina behind the chair creating beautiful dimensional, lived in brunettes or adding extensions to your hair so you can have the hair of your dreams. Christina also has a deep passion for continuing education and always sharpening her skills to serve you so you can find her out on the floor learning from her team and going to shows and classes when available! You can find her on her off days spending time with her husband, sweet baby and doggo or at some sports event.
Kendra Schofro
​Hair Artist & Dimensional Color Specialist
Kendra comes to us all the way from California and has 7+ plus years of experience! Kendra loves anything to do with dimensional color, full transformations, foilayges, head spa treatments and haircuts from short haircuts to long haircuts and is always there to lend the team a hand, no matter the task! Kendra also loves pampering you with a shampoo blowout and style so you walk out the salon feeling confident and beautiful! Kendra mentored along side a long term Hair Artist out in Cali for over 2 years and has mentored along side our owner & Co- Artist Educator, Rachel, since starting with us! Even though Kendra is no longer in our Co-Artist program, Kendra loves continuing education and is always learning from her team and going to classes and shows! Outside the salon, Kendra loves being outdoors and going on hikes and spending time with her husband and dog, Zoie.
Lillian Elkins
Esthetician & Corrective Skin Care Specialist

Lillian brings over 2 years of professional experience to our team. Lillian's skill set includes: Aveda training, Advanced Sorella Skin Care Rituals and Ciracdia Skin Care Age Management training along with mentorship under a licensed medical esthetician. Lillian is passionate about creating customized and corrective as well as preventative treatments that enhance your skin’s natural glow while providing a relaxing, rejuvenating experience.
Her specialties include advanced facial treatments such as dermaplaning, enzyme facials and peels, age management treatments, corrective and acne focused treatments as well as full-body and facial waxing, and as lash lifts and brow laminations. If you have skin goals are you are ready to with an Esthetician that will help you plan out the exact treatments along with the skin care yo'll need at home to continue to see results, Lillian is the one you want to see!

Outside of work, Lillian enjoys classic films, cozy moments at home, traveling to NYC and caring for her cat. Her warm, nurturing energy makes every visit both soothing and results-driven. Lillian is also our Dermaplane Pro Certified Skin Specialist!
