Rachel is the owner of Libelle Beech Salon, as well as a stylist! Rachel is proud to be a salon owner of a team based salon where she can create an amazing environment for stylists to not only grow in, but thrive in! Rachel's passion runs deep for the beauty industry, continuing education and helping stylists to thrive!
Rachel loves for guests to come into a relaxing, inviting and welcoming environment and enjoy high quality and professional hair and skin care services from the entire team! Rachel loves creating signature, natural looking hair color and styles for her clients and blondes are her absolute favorite! She is the Blonding Queen! Rachel enjoys working closely with her team to ensure your visit is exceptional!
Rachel is also proud to be a Joico Artist & Educator! She loves traveling the U.S. to share her knowledge to empower not only her fellow stylists in the U.S. but her team as well! Rachel is heavily focused on being an in salon educator and trainer for her team at Libelle Beech Salon! You can also find Rachel teaching private classes for other fellow stylists across the U.S. Nothing makes her more than happy to help her team build and sharpen their skills and watching them grow, not just professionally but personally as well!

Megan Williams
Stylist Salon Manager
Megan is a stylist here at Libelle Beech as well as our salon manager! Megan has been with our company for over 7 years and is our Blonding Queen #2! Megan is also our salon manager and helps our stylists on the team to sharpen their skills along side our owner, Rachel. Megan loves anything to do with blonding services and her passion for cutting hair runs deep! Short cuts are her absolute favorite. When she is not behind the chair you can find her helping with Guest Services and or helping train or assist the team!

Gabby is a stylists with us here at Libelle Beech Salon! You may know Gabby well as she started her career with us being our Guest Services Coordinator and quick found a passion for hair! Gabby loves to do men's cuts, highlights and taking care of our guests and making them feel relaxed! You can also find Gabby helping our owner Rachel with admin and manager tasks as well as helping her teach private classes.

Christina comes to us all the way from Chicago coming with in with 6+ years of experience. Growing up in salon in her whole life, it safe to safe she loves the beauty industry! You can find Christina behind the chair creating beautiful dimensional, lived in brunettes or adding extensions to your hair so you can have the hair of your dreams. Christina also has a deep passion for continuing education and always sharpening her skills to serve you! You can find her on her off days spending time with her husband and sweet doggo or at some sports event.

Kendra comes to us all the way from California and has 6 plus years of experience! Kendra loves anything to do with dimensional color and cuts and is always there to lend the team a hand, no matter the task! Lillian Elkins

Lillian brings over a year of professional experience to our team, with Aveda training and advanced mentorship under a licensed medical esthetician. She is passionate about creating customized treatments that enhance your skin’s natural glow while providing a relaxing, rejuvenating experience.
Her specialties include advanced facial treatments such as enzyme facials and peels, full-body and facial waxing, as well as lash lifts and brow laminations.
Outside of work, Lillian enjoys classic films, cozy moments at home, and caring for her cat. Her warm, nurturing energy makes every visit both soothing and results-driven.
