Cancellation & Salon Policies 

To reserve an appointment with Libelle Beech Salon, we do ask that you reserve your appointment time with a valid credit card on file or pay a 50% deposit for the services booked.

 

 Appointment Time Reserved

We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure your appointment is started in a timely manner. To be respectful of other guests and their scheduled appointments, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule or move your appointment to another stylist if available.

 

Cancelled/Rescheduled Appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or make any changes to your appointment, we request that you do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel less that 24 hours there is 50% charge of the booked services. Any appointments that are no shows, there will be a 100% charge of the value of booked service. If you have a credit card or debit card on file, the card on file will be charged in the event of a cancellation, appointment moved or the appointment is no showed less than 24 hours notice. This charge must be paid before rescheduling.  All deposits are also non-refundable in the event of an appointment being cancelled within our cancellation policy. We request all cancellations be made over the phone, text or email.  

 

Child Safety

We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend on yourself. We also understand that your "me time" does not always align with your hair appointments. However our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. Respectfully, we ask that you make all childcare arrangements prior to your scheduled salon appointment.  

 

Due to limited space, and for safety purposes, we kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. 

 Libelle Beech Salon, nor its stylists/staff can be held liable for any injury or damages caused by children in the salon. By bringing a minor into the salon, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for their actions. Libelle Beech Salon reserves the right to hold legal guardians/clients financially responsible for any and all damages incurred by children. 

 While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child's safety in mind. Our salon is not child proof. Sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. Services are available to children with prior approval from management/ownership. Libelle Beech Salon stylists and staff are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of services possible. We greatly appreciate your understanding.

Company Guarentee & Service Adjustments 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your overall experience. We know that your hair is important to you and we want you to be happy from the moment you step through the door until the moment you check out! If you are unsatisfied with your experience, we will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave our salon feeling amazing! After all, we are trying to build a long lasting relationship with you and be your trusted salon nad skin care specialist for life!

➡We do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your hair we are happy to make adjustments for you.
➡Adjustments can be performed within 10 days of your initial service date.
➡Adjustments will be full price if you, or another professional make any adjustments
to the cut/color/skin care treatment.
➡Chemical services and skin care treatment are only guaranteed if you invest in the reccomended products from our salon directly.
➡Your service provider will tell you directly if your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting.
➡If your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting, or if you have box color present in
the hair, you will be asked to complete our multi-step color agreement.

Company Skin Care & Hair Care Return Policy 

We guarantee every product we carry in our salon. During our service, we strive to educate you on how much, how often and how to apply each product. If you find that the product doesn’t perform the way you were expecting, feel free to bring it back and swap it out for a different product, or we are happy to show you how to use the product again! We are unable to issue refunds for any products since we will not be able to use them after they’ve been opened.
