Cancellation & Salon Policies 

 Appointment Time Reserved

We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure your appointment is started in a timely manner. To be respectful of other guests and their scheduled appointments, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule or move your appointment to another stylist if available. We do ask all guests to reserve appointments to have a valid credit card on file with us or a deposit on the services you are booking. 

Cancelled/Rescheduled Appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request that you do so

at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If the appointment reserved is cancelled or rescheduled (due to arriving late, missing them completely, or cancelling/rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice) there is a 50% charge of the booked value of your scheduled service. This charge will need to be paid for before we can book your next appointment, and you may be asked to reserve your next appointment with a valid credit card or a deposit on the services you are wanting to book. Any appointments that are cancelled the day of your appointment or the appointment is a no show, there will be a 100% charge of the value of booked service. This charge must be paid before before rescheduling a no show appointment.


Child Safety

We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend on yourself. We also understand that your "me time" does not always align with your hair appointments. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon therefore we kindly ask no children come with you to your appointments. Respectfully, we ask that you make all childcare arrangements prior to your scheduled salon appointment.  


Due to limited space, and for safety purposes, we kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. 


Libelle Beech Salon, nor its stylists/staff cannot be held liable for any injury or damages caused by children in the salon. By bringing a minor into the salon, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for their actions. Libelle Beech Salon reserves the right to hold legal guardians/clients financially responsible for any and all damages incurred by children. 


While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child's safety in mind. Our salon is not child proof. Sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. Services are available to children with prior approval from management/ownership. Libelle Beech Salon stylists and staff are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of services possible. We greatly appreciate your understanding.
